Preliminary information indicates that Tony was driving a Ram pickup truck westbound when he pulled over and stopped on the right shoulder of the highway. After exiting his vehicle, he was standing in the roadway area when a Honda passenger vehicle reportedly traveled off the right side of the highway and struck him before continuing forward and colliding with his parked truck.
