Tanner Geibel Obituary – Car Accident: Butler County Mourns Loss of 23-Year-Old Tanner Geibel Following Fatal Oakland Township Crash

OAKLAND TOWNSHIP, PA —With broken hearts, family, friends, and the Butler County community are mourning the loss of 23-year-old Tanner Geibel, whose life was tragically cut short in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Oakland Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania.

The crash occurred at approximately 9 a.m. on Chicora Road near the intersection of Dusty Lane. According to authorities, Tanner was traveling northbound when his vehicle failed to properly negotiate a right-hand curve, crossed into the opposite lane, and collided head-on with another vehicle.

Tanner was pronounced deceased at the scene.

His sudden passing has left those who knew and loved him facing a loss that words cannot fully express. At only 23 years old, Tanner’s life ended far too soon, taking away years of memories, experiences, and moments that were still meant to come.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 55-year-old woman from Karns City, suffered major injuries in the collision and was transported by medical helicopter to a hospital for treatment. Authorities have not released further details regarding her condition.

As investigators continue reviewing the circumstances surrounding the crash, the focus for Tanner’s loved ones remains on remembering the life he lived and the impact he had on those around him.

Behind every tragedy is a person whose life held meaning. Tanner was more than a name connected to a crash report — he was someone with his own memories, relationships, dreams, and moments that will remain treasured by the people who knew him.

For his family and friends, the days ahead will bring moments of grief, reflection, and remembrance. Though his time on earth was far too short, the memories Tanner created will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

May Tanner Geibel rest in peace. May his family, friends, and everyone mourning this heartbreaking loss find strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time.

Forever remembered. Forever missed.
