GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH — The communities of Florence, Kentucky, and Green Township, Ohio, are grieving the tragic loss of 24-year-old Jetly Kincho, who passed away following a severe single-vehicle crash early Thursday morning, October 8, 2026.

According to authorities, the crash occurred at approximately 2:18 a.m. on Rybolt Road near the eastbound Interstate 74 exit ramp. Police said Kincho was traveling south on the exit ramp in a red 2015 Chrysler 200 when the vehicle left the left side of the roadway and struck a metal light pole.
Kincho became trapped inside the vehicle following the collision and was rescued by Green Township Fire/EMS personnel. He was transported to UC Medical Center, where he later succumbed to the injuries he suffered in the crash.
Police said Kincho was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision. No other occupants were inside the vehicle.
The crash caused the exit ramp to remain closed for several hours before reopening at approximately 7:30 a.m. The Green Township Police Department continues investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash, including whether speed, drugs, or alcohol may have contributed.
For Jetly’s family, friends, and loved ones, his passing represents an unimaginable loss. At only 24 years old, he had so much life still ahead of him — more memories to create, more experiences to embrace, and more moments that should have become part of his story.
Behind every tragic crash is a human life. Jetly was more than the circumstances surrounding his final moments. He was a person whose presence mattered, whose memories will remain, and whose absence will be deeply felt by those who knew and loved him.
As those closest to Jetly mourn his loss, they will continue to carry forward the moments they shared with him and the memories that will forever remain.
May Jetly Kincho be remembered with love and compassion. May his family, friends, and loved ones find strength and comfort during this heartbreaking time, and may his memory remain forever in the hearts of everyone who knew him.
